Cameron Bennett is an award-winning artist who has been painting and
illustrating professionally since 1999. His artwork hangs in homes,
libraries, law-firms and universities, in the US and England, and several
of his original cover illustrations were purchased for the people
depicted in them, notably Governor John Lynch, Senate President Tom
Eaton, and Pennichuck CEO Donald Correll.
Other commissions include Mayor Ken Gregory of Cuckfield, West Sussex; Joan Lukey, first woman president of the American College of
Trial Lawyers; a posthumously painted portrait of Krystle Campbell, one
of the three victims of the Boston Marathon bombings; and Denise
Sqillante, President of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Cameron
holds a BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art, and a MFA degree from
Lesley University.
He has taught for many years, both privately and at university, college and in schools.
